The ADHD Lifestyle

About me

My name is Geoffrey Lee Fuller, and I am the CFO of a small medical device manufacturing company. Separately, I am also a part-time Blogger, primarily spending my free time writing ADHD articles for this blog. I was diagnosed with primarily Inattentive ADHD in the early ’80s as a child, and have struggled with it all my life. I have developed coping mechanisms, tricks, and strategies that have helped me throughout college and my professional career. I have both a Bachelor’s in Business with a concentration in Finance and an MBA from Arizona State University.

Like many children who grew up in the ’80s with ADD, there wasn’t a strong understanding of ADD in my elementary school. I was simply written off as lazy and irresponsible. I was told that this was my fault, that I was simply being disobedient and not paying attention in class.

What was not understood by my teachers or me was that I needed a different strategy to learn. I was smart, or at least capable. I just needed to find ways to focus myself, in short bursts, to achieve the same learning results as any other student.

My goal with The ADHD Lifestyle blog is to share information and strategies that I have learned over the years.  I hope my blog can be helpful for you or anyone you know that has ADHD.

There are several posts that can be helpful to anyone.  In particular, many of the posts related to Meditation and Productivity can be helpful for anybody.  Whatever your goals, I hope you can find some helpful content here on this blog.
